1. Welcome
By creating an account or using Lucent Soul, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms over time and will let you know about meaningful changes.
2. Who can use Lucent Soul
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Lucent Soul is built primarily for women of color, but anyone aligned with our community values is welcome.
3. Not medical or mental-health care
Lucent Soul is a wellness companion. The AI coach, content, and group coaching are NOT a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please use the in-app crisis resources or call 988.
4. Your content
You own what you write. By posting in community spaces you grant us a limited license to display your content within Lucent Soul. We may remove content that violates our community guidelines.
5. Paid plans
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable use
Do not harass, dox, or harm other members. Do not impersonate others. Do not attempt to break, scrape, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines.
